RollsRoller - Time saving applicator
On Wednesday morning with the temperature at -4ºc and snow everywhere we took delivery of our brand new RollsRoller! But only after removing the side of our building!.
The RollsRoller is an innovative flatbed applicator, designed for the application of self-adhesive films to substrates. Productivity can be improved, as time consuming applications become quick and efficient processes.
Application time savings of up to 80% are easily achievable when compared to traditional application methods. The RollsRoller can be operated by one person for the majority of applications. This immediately creates labour saving opportunities.
The machine is designed to lock the substrate into place, while the vinyl is then hinged around the roller. This innovative design enables a smooth and accurate application every time. The RollsRoller is suitable for a wide range of applications, from flexible face signs and banners to the application of digital prints, application tapes and other self-adhesive materials. Rigid panels can also be used on the machine, making it ideal for traffic signs.
The unique patented design means that the roller height can be automatically adjusted to accommodate different substrates of up to 65mm thickness.
