We’re Recruiting – Sales & Account Management Executive

Do you have a creative flair?  Good at rapport building and account management? Have B2B sales experience and are looking for a new challenge?  Then this could be the role for you.

If you’re familiar with the signage and exhibition industry, great, if not we will provide training. Having the drive, enthusiasm and positive attitude to sell our services is key to this role.

The role involves:

• Working with the Sales team to identify and generate new accounts and to collaboratively develop and implement new strategies and plans for business development.
• React professionally to inbound customer requests via phone, email and site visits
• Use phone and email to make outbound sales calls
• Arrange site visits and conduct on-site surveys
• Develop customer relationships for long term growth.
• Continue to nurture and grow existing accounts.
• Prepare job papers that contain sufficient detail to enable the estimating team to produce quotes
• Report to management via bi-weekly sales meeting

Required skills and experience:

• Strong desire and drive to achieve personal, team and company goals and objectives
• Good communication skills
• Proven track record in gaining new business
• Can take ownership of their own working day and workload
• Is keen to take opportunities to the next step/level
• Is able to raise performance and energy level when necessary
• Has a ‘can-do’ attitude and can generate positive solutions for customers
• Clean driving license

• Permanent position after probationary period.
